Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Phone Repair Technician who can troubleshoot and fix a wide range of smartphone issues. Youll work with both customers and internal teams to ensure repairs are done quickly and correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair issues related to screens batteries charging ports software water damage etc.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs and parts used.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate timelines and cost estimates.
- Ensure quality control safety and cleanliness at the repair station.
- Stay updated on the latest tools repair techniques and device models.
Requirements:
- 1 years of hands-on experience in phone repair (Apple and Samsung preferred).
- Must be able to handle motherboard-level diagnosis and micro-soldering is a plus.
- Knowledge of repair tools and safe handling practices.
- Punctual honest and able to work under pressure.
