As a recruiter specializing in blue-collar roles (primarily appliance repair and refrigeration technicians) youll have the freedom to operate on your own terms without sourcing tools or additional support. If youre skilled at sourcing talent through creativity networking and proactive engagement we want to work with you!
What Youll Do:
- Independent Sourcing: Use your network research skills and creativity to identify and connect with high-quality blue-collar candidates.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with candidates keeping an open and honest line of communication.
- Match Talent to Roles: Quickly understand our clients needs and assess candidates to find the perfect match.
- Drive Placements: Utilize your hunting skills to make placements happen without needing extra support or tools.

What You Bring:

Compensation:
- $2500 - $10000 per month
