A great opportunity exists for a junior property lawyer to join our Brisbane office on a permanent full time basis. You will have between 1-3 years post admission experience in a high performing property team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a booming and interesting area of the law while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems. While this role is physically based in Brisbane you will work across multiple jurisdictions supporting national clients.

The Team

This role sits in our retirement living team which is part of our broader Real Estate retirement living practice is the most successful in Australia and has been named by Best Lawyers 2026 as Best Law Firm of the Year for Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law. Our practice continues to grow from strength to strength working with the largest retirement village owners and operators Brisbane team is led by Partners Robin Lyons and Tammy Berghofer.

In this role you will assist clients in achieving their compliance and business objectives within Australias retirement living sector. You will be involved in a broad mix of commercial transactional and/or regulatory work across most Australian jurisdictions depending on your experience and preference such as:
