Staff Analyst - Finance Controlling
Location: Samut Prakan Thailand
Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing
Budget:THB/month
A global semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead cost planning performance analysis and business partnering across their plant operations in Thailand.
What Youll Do
-
Own all cost planning and controlling activities to meet plant KPIs across spending capital and headcount

Provide timely financial analysis and insights to management and business partners

Manage month-end closing and cost allocation processes in line with company policy

Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions

Support business case evaluations investment justifications and make-or-buy decisions

Deliver deep financial modeling and scenario simulations for strategic decision-making

Recommend productivity and growth initiatives through data-driven analysis
What Were Looking For
-
10 years of experience in FP&A and Costing ideally within a multinational manufacturing setting
-
Expertise in managerial accounting costing and performance analysis
-
Strong communication skills in English
-
Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing financial decisions

Practical understanding of manufacturing operations and financial systems
-
Proven leadership and analytical problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
