Job Description
Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a Environmental Health & Safety Executive/Senior Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organizations EHS Management System (EHSMS) in line with ISO 45001 ISO 14001 RBA and other customer or regulatory requirements
- Design conduct and evaluate EHS-related training based on operational needs
- Lead or support internal and external audits follow up on corrective actions and liaise with relevant departments to ensure compliance
- Implement and monitor workplace safety and health (WSH) programs using relevant tools and resources
- Conduct incident investigations and prepare required reports in a timely manner
- Carry out workplace risk assessments environmental impact evaluations and safety briefings
- Promote a culture of EHS awareness and compliance across all departments
- May supervise a small EHS team and provide guidance to internal stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and accountability in EHS practices
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Environmental Health Safety or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an EHS role preferably certified in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Level C or equivalent
- Strong understanding of local statutory requirements and guidelines (e.g. NEA SCDF PUB MOM)
- Good knowledge in environmental protection workplace safety and fire safety practices
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to lead investigations and recommend improvements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments and influence safe work behaviors
- Able to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel overseas when required
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 6000 AWS VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Yishun
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Monday to Friday 8.15am - 5.30pm
