Customer Care Role with a Leading Media Corporation (Dutch Language) EUR 2500 Welcome Bonus
Location: Av. Dom Joo II 36 1990-083 Lisboa Portugal
Monthly Gross Salary: EUR 1429 Performance Bonuses

Your Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content on social media specifically for the Dutch-speaking market.

Ensure all content aligns with client guidelines and policies.

Stay updated on all platform policies and community standards.

Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) by applying best moderation practices.

Suggest improvements to internal processes or external content policies based on your experience and insights.
What Were Looking For:

Native-level Dutch both written and spoken (required).

Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).

Quick learner with the ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.

Empathy and emotional resilience.

Ability to separate personal beliefs from content moderation responsibilities.

Previous experience handling large volumes of online content is a plus.

Salary is EUR 1429 per month gross with bonuses
