Were looking for a Content Moderator for Social Media to join a leading media corporation. In this role youll be responsible for reviewing and moderating content posted on social platforms to ensure compliance with community and client guidelines. This position specifically supports the Dutch market helping to create a safer and more engaging online experience for users.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms focusing on the Dutch market.

• Ensure all content complies with client policies and community guidelines.

• Stay up-to-date with evolving content policies and standards.

• Share and apply best practices to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Contribute improvement ideas based on hands-on experience and policy insights.

What Were Looking For:

• Native-level Dutch (written and spoken) required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.

• English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Empathetic motivated and positive mindset.

• Ability to separate personal views from professional content moderation decisions.

• Experience handling large volumes of online content is a plus.
