Position: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Location: Lisbon or Porto Hybrid
Your responsibilities include:
- Design tailored solutions to meet business requirements and enhance client processes;
- Prepare detailed functional specification documentation;
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into solutions;
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions;
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designed solutions;
- Test and validate developed solutions to align with customer expectations;
- Create test plans user guides and training materials for implemented solutions;
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Systems Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales Customer Service Field Service etc.);
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
- Hands-on experience in customizing Dynamics 365 (attributes views forms);
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
