Nimber is a fast-growing technology company that specializes in crowd-based delivery services. Our platform connects people who need to send items with travelers who have extra space in their luggage. We are currently expanding our services to Lisbon Portugal and are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team.
Job Overview:
As a Project Manager at Nimber you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our services in Lisbon. You will work closely with the local team and report to the Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure the successful launch of Nimber services in Lisbon
- Coordinate with the local team to identify and address any potential challenges or roadblocks
- Monitor project progress identify risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate project updates and status reports to the Head of Operations and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
