About the Company:
The core businesses of our client are Aviation Destination Management Travel Services and Hotel & Villa Management. Our client has a regional footprint operating in Sri Lanka Maldives Thailand UAE and partnerships with premier travel and aviation service providers to provide the best-in-class experiences for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to issue airline tickets make reservations and confirm bookings.
- Excellent customer service which includes assisting clients in booking flights hotels and other travel- related services.
- Capable of meeting team sales targets and revenue goals set by the management.
- Being up to date with industry best practices regulations emerging trends and new technology tools used in the travel industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 02-03 years of experience in a similar job role.
- Qualification in IATA.
- Good Team player with a keen eye to detail.
- High level of commitment responsibility and passionate about the work.
