Mixed Veterinary Surgeon Athlone Ireland
Full-Time Position Generous Package Supportive Team
A busy well-established mixed practice in Athlone is currently seeking a Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join their experienced and friendly team.
About the Role

Full-time hours: Monday to Friday with shifts either 9am6pm or 10am7pm (including a one-hour lunch break). Daily shifts are evenly shared between vets.

Weekend rota: 1 in 4 weekends on call from Saturday morning until Monday. Following a weekend on call the vet will have the following Friday off and where feasible will also benefit from a long weekend the week after.
Salary & Benefits

Salary from 48000- 60000 for a vet with experience depending on experience strengths enthusiasm and level of required mentoring.

4 weeks paid holiday

1000 annual CPD allowance

VDS cover paid

Generous out-of-hours (OOH) bonuses paid on top of salary.

Expenses paid to cover use of personal vehicle for work.
