Location: State-of-the-art office at Moll de Barcelona 26 Ciutat Vella 08039 Barcelona Spain situated by the sea at the World Trade Center.
Salary: 2120 gross/month plus 530 gross/month in bonuses.
About the Role:
Join our Business Development team as the first point of contact for businesses across the EMEA region. Your mission will be to identify new sales opportunities engage prospective clients understand their requirements and guide them to the best solutions through proactive outbound calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets and maintain daily and weekly activity goals.
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to uncover high-potential prospects.
Educate potential customers about our offerings.
Conduct daily outbound phone calls and emails (including cold calls) to C-level decision-makers quickly building rapport and understanding their needs.
Identify pain points gather technical requirements and match business needs to our Cloud solutions using a consultative solution-selling approach.
Keep prospect and customer data current in managing leads contacts accounts opportunities and activities.
Strive to meet team and individual KPIs such as productivity conversion rates and pipeline growth.
Accurately document customer interactions and deal progress in Salesforce to maintain transparency across stakeholders.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent in German (C2 level) and English both spoken and written.
Experience in outbound sales B2B sales or business development- preferably within the IT sector.
Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts especially Google Cloud Platform solutions.
Strong business acumen and ability to align solutions with business needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills integrity and professionalism.
Comfortable working to assigned quotas in a phone-based environment.
Solid IT skills to efficiently perform computer-based tasks.
Preferred Experience:
At least 1 year in IT outbound sales prospecting with proven sales abilities.
Skilled in cold calling and managing large account portfolios.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders during business conversations.
Goal-driven self-motivated proactive confident competitive and persistent.
Understanding of the local market and business environment.

Full Time
