Are you a German speaker with a passion for customer service Global BPO leader is hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists in Lisbon Portugal. We are looking for dynamic individuals ready to provide top-tier support to our customers and ensure their satisfaction.
In this role youll be responsible for delivering exceptional service addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to German-speaking customers via phone chat and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Ensure customer satisfaction through clear and helpful communication
- Record and track customer inquiries and feedback
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in German
- B2 English proficiency for internal communication
- Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Portugal
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon immediately
