Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries. Our ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our team of providers manage evaluations screenings and case management for Insurance Carriers TPAs Public Entities and Employers.
Must be able to travel throughout metro Phoenix and occasionally up to three hours to outlying areas. Reliable transportation required.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.
- Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with our client base.
- Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Associates of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
- Proven clinical experience ideally in ICU ER Trauma Ortho and/or Neurology.
- Prefer experienced Workers Compensation NCM and fluency in Spanish.

*The 401k is available to all employees. Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays are accessible for employees working 20 or more hours per week. Additionally Tuition Assistance and Student Loan Repayment benefits are available for full-time employees working 37.5 hours per week.
