Wholesale Parts Counter Associate
We are seeking talented energetic and motivated individuals with the ambition to become part of our team. You must have a Can-Do attitude.
Qualifications:
Must have parts sales experience
Knowledge ofUCSCCC Collision Link and Parts Trader a plus but will train the right person.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Maintain an organized orderly and clean work environment
Must be able to work Saturdays
Must pass drug and background test.
Responsibilities:
Assists wholesale customers in selecting required parts in a friendly and professionalmanner..
Informs customers of part requirements and specials.
Answers phone calls providing price quotes and other information.
Pulls and fills orders from stock.
Notifies manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order -if necessary.
Notifies all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received.
Pulls orders for delivery to shop making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.
Follows up on back-ordered parts.
Receives payment from customers or obtains credit authorization.
Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer and all customers receive a copy of their invoice.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to maintain a professional image and demeanor.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer & phone skills.
Positive attitude is a must.

Rotating schedule Monday-Friday 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm and 1 Saturday every 3weeks.
