Position: Warehouse / Spare Parts Specialist
Location: Irvine CA 92612
Duration: 3 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Shift: 7am-3pm M-F
Job Description:
- Under the guidance of Facilities Engineering manager perform a detailed inventory of existing spare parts and create detailed lists of all spare parts on each equipment / system.
- Participate in the transfer of spare parts from current building to new Warehouse; maintain list of all spare parts placed on the shelves in the new Warehouse.
- Work with Facilities Engineering planner on the entry of all spare parts into MAXIMO (computerized Maintenance System).
Minimum requirements for this position are:
- Education High School / Associate degree with technical accreditation desired
- Work Hours Monday through Friday 8-hour shift (7 AM to 3 PM)
- Experience Experience or knowledge of Facilities systems / equipment within the pharmaceuticals industry in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment is preferred
- Detail oriented mechanically inclined to perform inventory on equipment spare parts such as motors pumps valves & instrumentation
- Capable of documenting spare parts required documentation such as make model number part number quantity etc into EXCEL spreadsheets per instructions provided by Facilities department planner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (EXCEL Word Outlook) is needed; Client to provide laptop software & email address needed to perform tasks
- Team player collaborating with Facilities Engineering team working safely and independently
