Job Description
Job Summary:
Meridian Blue Construction is seeking motivated and dependable Civil Laborers to support a variety of infrastructure and telecommunications construction projects. This role involves hands-on work assisting with site preparation trenching grading concrete and utility installations. Ideal candidates are physically capable detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. You will work alongside experienced crews and foremen to help ensure jobs are completed efficiently safely and to a high standard.
As a Civil Laborer youll be responsible for loading and unloading materials operating small tools and equipment compacting soil assisting in formwork and concrete pours and maintaining clean organized job sites. Qualifications:
Previous experience in civil utility or heavy construction preferred
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
Valid drivers license preferred (required to operate company vehicles)
OSHA 10 certification is a plus (can be provided during onboarding)
Strong work ethic team-first attitude and willingness to follow direction
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
