The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA is looking for a Sr. Manager Data Strategy and Analytics to join our Denver/hybrid team.
The Data Strategy and Analytics is responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive vision and strategy for enterprise data management including governance quality and optimization of data assets to maximize business value. This role will drive functional accountability for data across the organization while advancing key data management initiatives that align with business objectives. The Sr. Manager leads a team responsible for executing data reporting initiatives utilizing all MGMAs internal and external data sources providing real-time reporting and insights for business users and driving internal business intelligence (BI) for budget forecast and operations optimization.
Essential Functions
Supervisory duties
Direct supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees planning assigning and directing work including goal setting appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Knowledge skills and abilities
Education
Bachelors degree in IT computer science or relevant discipline or equivalent skills developed through related work experience.
Experience
A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of education and experience requirements.
