At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In Oracle compliance and security at PwC you will focus on providing consulting services for validating compliance and enhancing security within Oracle applications. You will analyse client requirements implement security measures and offer guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will enable clients to mitigate risks protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Reporting:

  • Reports to MD of Cyber Risk Regulatory practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of the Oracle Compliance and Security team you are expected to direct efforts in the design implementation and assessment of controls related to multiple versions of the Oracle

product suite. As a director you are expected to set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. This role involves understanding and leading SDLC projects for the Oracle environment including product implementations security and control configurations and optimizations of business process controls and application security.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct design implementation and assessment of Oracle controls security and monitoring across Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM Fusion SaaS EPM Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle PaaS services
  • Implementation of Risk Management Cloud Cloud Guard DataSafe and other monitoring solutions for Oracle Cloud
  • Implementation of user lifecycle management SSO/MFA access governance ITGCs Data privacy network and infrastructure security.
  • Demonstrating thought leadership in Oracle product suite controls
  • Leading SDLC projects for Oracle environment
  • - Identifying and addressing client needs
  • - Leading teams to generate vision and motivate members
  • - Developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships
  • Managing in a professional services firm or large enterprise
  • Directing large engagements and evaluating controls
  • Collaborating with systems integrators in Oracle-related implementations.
  • Leveraging negotiation and persuasion skills for new service opportunities

People related

  • Handled large teams preferably 100 in size.
  • Display teamwork integrity and leadership. Work with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements.
  • Foster teamwork and innovation.
  • Utilize technology & tools to continually learn and innovate share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members.
  • Contribute to the learning & development agenda and knowledge harnessing initiatives
  • Mentor and coach junior team members enabling them to meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in accounting Finance Management Information Systems Management. Information Systems & Accounting Computer and Information Science Computer and Information Science & Accounting Mathematical Statistics Statistics Mathematics Economics Finance Business Administration Management Engineering
  • Candidates with minimum 15 years of relevant experience or above in similar role preferably with a Big 4 or equivalent.
