Job Description:
The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service admissions department support and completing general administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. He/she may serve as the first point of contact for students visitors staff and faculty and assist multiple departments.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting directing andmaintaining relationships with students visitors staff and faculty by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Supporting the Admissions department by fielding incoming calls documenting recruitment leads in Salesforce scanning printing and linking student documents in Perceptive Content preparing admissions folders and additional marketing materials for prospective students and creating reports in Salesforce.
- Order admission materials as needed.
- Responsible for ad hoc projects and administrative tasks supporting the Admissions office.
- Handling other projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Admissions or Associate Vice President of Admissions.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership for projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a comfort level of communicating with students and all levels of faculty and staff.
- Strong customer service skills and ability work with different personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
Minimum Qualifications
- One to two years of customer service-related work experience required.
- Two to three years administrative assistant experience.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Two years of higher education and or admissions experience.
- Excellent communication skills (strong writing skills public speaking and interpersonal and public relations skills).
- Computer skills include Excel database management and power point.
