ROLE SUMMARY
At Pfizer Oncology we are at the forefront of a new era in cancer care. Our industry-leading portfolio and extensive pipeline includes game-changing mechanisms of action to treat cancer from multiple angles including antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) small molecules bispecifics and other immunotherapies. We are focused on delivering transformative therapies in some of the worlds most common cancers including breast cancer genitourinary cancer and hematologic malignancies as well as melanoma gastrointestinal gynecological and thoracic cancers which includes lung cancer. Driven by science we are committed to accelerating breakthroughs to extend and improve patients lives.
Our go-forward in-line portfolio of more than 25 medicines and biosimilars includes several mechanisms of action to attack cancer from multiple angles. Our focus areas include: breast cancers; genitourinary cancers with prostate and bladder cancer; hematology with certain types of multiple myeloma as well as leukemias and lymphomas; gastrointestinal cancers gynecological cancers and melanoma; and thoracic cancers which includes lung cancer.
This role will lead the US Prostate portfolio and will be a member our Commercial Oncology Leadership team.
The US Prostate Cancer Business is one of the largest and fastest growing businesses within Pfizer. It is anchored by a multibillion-dollar asset in XTANDI managed in alliance with Astellas as well as recently launched products in ORGOVYX (in alliance with Sumitomo Pharma America) and Talzenna (talazoparib) a Pfizer-owned brand with additional approvals expected in the near term. All 3 brands are Pfizer priority brands. The franchise also covers a pipeline asset mevrometostat expected to be approved in combination with XTANDI in the coming years. Our prostate business is expected to reach $2B in US revenue this year in Pfizer revenues and is an $8B franchise in overall alliance revenues.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $280400.00 to $467400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 30.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
