In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
Accurately process customer orders confirm pricing and book in our ERP system.
Coordinate with production to confirm or optimize lead times.
Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing including global logistics.
Assist Sales Offices and redirect inquiries to relevant departments when needed.
Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files and documentation.
Collaborate with departments such as marketing logistics application engineering and quality.
Monitor and allocate requests received via our eCommerce platform.
For This Role You Will Need:
Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales customer service logistics or transportation.
Proficiency in English.
