Chesterfield Poker Club operates under the Bombay Group umbrella but maintains its own distinct brand. As the only club in the Nordic region dedicated exclusively to poker Chesterfield welcomes all who share a passion for this brilliant mind game which has gained immense popularity in recent years.
Chesterfield offers a top-tier cashless gaming experience that blends innovation security and a strong sense of community. Located near Tallinns central square the club hosts regular poker tournaments international festivals and numerous exciting special events. On weekends top players from Estonia and around the globe compete at ten tables alongside those for whom poker is a cherished hobby and a pleasant break from their daily routines
Purpose of the role:
As a Floor Manager at Chesterfield Poker Club youll lead the gaming team during your shift to ensure smooth professional operations and an outstanding experience for every guest.
How you will contribute:
- Ensure smooth gaming operations and a respectful atmosphere for guests and staff.
- Support guest registration and KYC compliance where required.
- Assist with player identification administrative tasks and guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with hotel and yacht teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Communicate any issues player results and maintenance needs to senior management.
- Confirm cashouts and oversee gaming staff adherence to procedures adjusting if needed.
- Manage shift staffing handle schedule changes and support training needs.
- Maintain clean ready-to-use gaming equipment and enforce safety procedures when required.
What we are looking for:
- At least 4 years experience in inspecting VIP casino games is essential along with a minimum of 2 years in a gaming management position.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- High level of professionalism and polished appearance.
- Proficient computer skills and administrative accuracy.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide top-tier service.
- Team player with clear consistent communication across departments.
- Adherence to company procedures and policies.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Estonian is preferred and additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible with shifts working hours and location.
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
