Qualifications:
- Associates degree in computer science information technology or related field preferred; or completion of a related industry certification.
- One year experience in a position with functions similar to those described below.
- Experience in diagnosis and repair of personal computing equipment and peripherals. Chromebook experience is a plus. Experience with a Help Desk ticketing system preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of PC and LAN software including Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suite as well as web based enterprise software
- Knowledge of Network Operating Systems Directory Services administration and Wireless connectivity
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well in a team environment
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the board may find appropriate and acceptable
Pay Rate:
Administrative Support Grade C10b Salary Scale(credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
