The Sourcing Manager is responsible for all business-related procurement activities that Amdocs performs with internal stakeholders and its suppliers that are under his / her responsibility in order to select the best supplier option place a binding effective contract optimize cost and realize savings.
Work closely and conduct review meetings with business units key stakeholders to learn their business needs identify potential solutions and recommend the most suitable procurement process to be followed.
Continuously develop and maintain a subject matter expertise of contingent workforce market trends and provide market analysis insights to support business decision making.
Lead and conduct procurement processes such as supplier sourcing supplier due diligence RFx management supplier selection contract negotiation deal review oversight contract execution and purchase order placement.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business process company policy regulations compliance and execution of business strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contingent workforce suppliers to be positioned as support for ongoing business needs.
Oversee the utilization and integration of contingent workforce to meet the business needs and successful delivery.
Report on procurement activity such as sourcing initiatives competitive bids supplier selection contract negotiation status deal closure and achieved cost efficiencies and savings.
Identify potential areas of business efficiency improvement cost reduction opportunities or required risk mitigation solutions striving to implement effectively and timely.
