Overview
Our private dental office is searching for an Office Manager to join our team in Newport Beach CA! We strive to give our patients an outstanding experience from start to finish and our new office manager will have the opportunity to make this a reality for each guest. We want to hear from you if you exude positivity work well in a team environment and have strong leadership skills!
Compensation
- $85000-$100000 depending on experience
- Monthly bonus based on profitability
Schedule
- Full time
- Monday - Friday

Required Experience
Prior office management experience is required preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
Proven experience in training and developing teams including managing and coaching underperformers
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining office culture
Strong background in process creation and improvement accounts receivable (AR) management and patient scheduling and follow-up
Experience influencing and leading teams with longstanding tenure
Ability to lead in a busy high-volume environment with effective multitasking and prioritization skills
Leadership & Soft Skills
High emotional intelligence with a collaborative and open-minded leadership style
Skilled in conflict resolution performance management and team motivation
Technical Skills
Strong general computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite email communication scheduling systems)
