The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is looking for their next Rooms Coordinator.
This property is located inside the Walt Disney World Resort featuring 814 guestrooms and 79000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is connected to Disney Springs via a pedestrian sky bridge.
Our ideal candidate will have operations experience in a hotel environment preferably in a guest-facing role with the ability to learn hotel systems and have strong multitasking skills.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:00pm with the ability to be flexible on time for special projects and events.
Pay Rate: $21.84 per hour

What will I be doing:
Be the main point of contact between departments to ensure smooth coordination
Pass along and follow up on guest requests (like extra towels or cribs)
Stay in regular communication with managers and supervisors
Communicate special cleaning needs or room requirements
Track and manage supply levels; help with ordering when needed
Keep records updated (room status maintenance schedules inventory)
Help with tasks like sorting mail and delivering guest messages
