As a Distinguished Software Engineer with the Customer Care Technology team you will define and drive the technical vision for the entire suite of customer care products. You will exemplify best engineering practices providing hands-on leadership to the organization. About Team: Customer Care Technology
Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members stores and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value whether they shop online at through one of our mobile apps or in-store. Focus areas include customers stores and employees in-store service merchant tools merchant data science and search and personalization. The Customer Care Technology team builds best-in-class customer service experiences for hundreds of millions of Walmart customers and customer service agents globally. We are a group of software engineers data scientists and machine learning experts pushing the boundaries of GenAI technology in complex enterprise applications. The Customer Care Technology team is part of the Enterprise Business Systems organization in Walmart Global Tech. We partner with our product business and UX teams to drive significant measurable business impact. Our mission is to help customers save money and live better.
