Job Description

Pay range:
$21.79 - $32.69Overlake Medical Clinics is currently seeking aPatient Service Representativeto fill a Per-Diem (Variable Shift)vacancy in our Sammamish Primary Care in Sammamish.Potential to cover at Lake Hills and Newcastle Clinics as needed. Primary responsibilities include patient registration scheduling appointments answering phones distribution of records throughEPIC(the EMR system) and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience.
Variable 10 hour shifts (day evening and Saturday)
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Experience with EMR applications EPIC preferred.
