Salesforce Inc. seeks Manager Software Engineering in San Francisco CA:
Job Duties: Architect design implement test and deliver highly scalable products. Master the Salesforce development process culture and code base. Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with many multi-functional teams product owners and engineers. Make critical decisions that contribute to the success of the product. Manage stand-ups daily as the Scrum Master for engineering teams. Manage escalations production issues and new product deployments to customers. Be a multiplier and have a passion for the team and team members success. Provide technical guidance career development and mentor direct reports. HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street 415 Mission Street and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Data Structures; (2) Java; (3) Object Oriented Modeling and Design; (4) Multiple-tier architecture; (5) Distributed Systems; (6) Relational Database Management Systems; (7) Non Relational Databases; (8) RESTful APIs; (9) Microservices; (10) API Gateways; (11) Public Cloud Platforms -AWS; (12) CI/CD technologies; (13) Unix; (14) Operating Systems. Any suitable combination of education training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $237120.00 - $251000.00 per annum.
