Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for quality workmanship Were looking for a Residential Roofing Quality Control Manager to join our team and ensure that every roof we install meets the highest standards of safety durability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed roofing projects to ensure compliance with company standards building codes and manufacturer specifications
- Conduct in-progress inspections and provide feedback to crews
- Document findings and report quality metrics to management
- Train and mentor roofing crews on best practices and quality expectations
- Communicate with customers when needed regarding quality assurance matters
- Track and resolve warranty or service issues related to installation quality
Qualifications:
- 3 years of residential roofing experience (quality control or project management preferred)
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems materials and safety protocols
- Eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb roofs and work in various weather conditions
