Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CL CSR)
Location: Fully Onsite - Burlington NJ
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are a growing independent insurance agency looking for a Commercial Lines CSR to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced well-rounded service professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with a broad mix of clients and carriers.
What Youll Be Doing
Provide full-service account management for a generalist book of business
Work directly with clients carriers and producers to handle day-to-day servicing needs
Support renewals endorsements policy changes certificates and other client requests
Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up in AMS360
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in a Commercial Lines CSR or Account Management role
P&C License required
Solid experience across a variety of commercial lines accounts (not niche/specialized)
Must be able to hit the ground running we are not looking to train from scratch
Familiarity with AMS360 is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive and based on experience (starting at $60000)
401(k): 50% match of the first 10% contributed (5% match)
