Labor and Delivery Nurse Manager Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D nurses ensuring delivery of high-quality patient-centered care
- Oversee daily operations staffing and resource management of the Labor and Delivery unit
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care standards and clinical outcomes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery
- Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in Labor and Delivery (within the past year)
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
- Strong clinical expertise in maternal care and delivery
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Experience with quality metrics and performance improvement
