Emergency Department Nurse Manager ER Leadership Opportunity in Texas

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight and daily management of Emergency Department operations
- Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of emergency care professionals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in emergency medicine
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction measures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and care delivery
- Manage departmental budgets staffing and resource allocation
- Implement and maintain emergency preparedness protocols
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact License (must obtain TX license within 90 days)
- Minimum 2 years recent ED leadership experience
- Current certifications: BLS ACLS TNCC and PALS
- Strong clinical knowledge of emergency medicine and trauma care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate healthcare teams
