- Greet members guests and athletes with a welcoming professional attitude
- Manage check-ins class sign-ups and client inquiries
- Answer phone calls emails and social media messages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
- Process membership sign-ups renewals and merchandise transactions
- Support the coaching staff and management with administrative tasks
- Ensure a positive and high-energy environment consistent with D1s brand
- Friendly outgoing and energetic personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Passion for health fitness and the D1 mission
- Previous front desk hospitality or gym experience preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
