Job Summary:
The Mercedes/BMW Service Advisor is a full-time position. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Mercedes/BMW vehicle owners by managing their service needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians ensuring all repairs and maintenance are communicated effectively and completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Listen to customers concerns and accurately document them
- Utilize dealership and manufacturer service guidelines to determine necessary repairs and maintenance
- Communicate maintenance or repair recommendations and costs to customers
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers
- Maintain accurate records of services repairs and customer interactions
- Manage service technicians schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary
- Inform customers of additional services or promotions offered by the dealership
- Stay up-to-date on MB/BMW products services and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized service reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent some college or vocational training preferred
- 1 years of customer service experience preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Mercedes/BMWvehicles and their service requirements is a plus
- Must be able to stand walk and bend for extended periods of time
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
