You are:
The Oracle Core HCM Cross Functional Lead will manage the delivery of large complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. They will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. This lead will also proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence
The work:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design configuration and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Modules
- Act as the SME for Core HCM ensuring solutions align with business strategy compliance requirements and best practices
- Collaborate with functional leads from Talent Payroll Compensation Benefits and Time & Labor to ensure end-to-end process integration
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and work with technical teams to implement solutions
- Oversee data migration testing user training and change management activities
- Troubleshoot system issues and serve as escalation point for HCM-related concerns
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and identifying optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain functional documentation including requirements process flows and test cases
Heres what you need:
- 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM applications including 3 years in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience leading Oracle Core HR implementations or enhancements
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g. employee life cycle position management workforce structures)
- Experience leading and working on cross-functional teams
Nice to have:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Core HR or related modules
- Background in chance management and user adoption strategies
- Experience with fast formulas HDL HCM Extracts and security configuration
- Knowledge of compliance and regulator reporting within an HCM system
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Must be local to Knoxville TX and willing to work onsite 4 days per week OR willing to travel Monday-Thursday
As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont and the District of Columbia is:
$160700 - $306500 USD
