• Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy fitness environment.
• Functional computer skills required MS Office basic programs (word excel) Internet Basic computer program software use.
• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred - High school diploma required.
• Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color its an attitude).
• Flexible schedule includes day evening and/or weekend availability.

• Follows up on all prospects & leads by using established Orangetheory Fitness sales systems. This includes telephone text & email inquiries.
• Follows Orangetheory Fitness established protocol for telephone walk-in & guest inquiries.
• Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Orangetheory Fitness Company standards.
• Has a thorough knowledge of adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures as they pertain to studio operations.
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Successfully completes the Orangetheory University training courses.

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
