Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Client Service Associate to join our team in San Antonio TX. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring seamless communication prompt resolution of inquiries and a superior client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients responding to inquiries and providing detailed information about our products and services
Coordinate client requests with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation
Support client onboarding and follow-up processes
Resolve service issues with a professional and client-focused approach
Assist in tracking client satisfaction and identifying areas for service improvement
Provide administrative support related to client service operations
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
