The Supply Associate plays a key role in supporting the Supply Manager ensuring a smooth efficient supply delivery process. This position is primarily based at our storage units in Durham.

Ensure fleet is promptly and efficiently unloaded at the end of each day and fully restocked with the necessary supplies for the following days projects.
Safely secure supplies during transport to prevent damage.
Refuel company vehicles and monitor fuel levels regularly.
Conduct basic vehicle checks (e.g. tire pressure cleanliness) and report maintenance needs.
Review inventory of supplies and notify the Supply Manager when stock is low.
Maintain clean safe and organized storage units.
Model dependability by showing up on time with the tools and mindset needed for a successful shift.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Complete required training and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications :
This is an evening shift role with an approximate schedule of 6:009:00 PM Monday through Friday. The Friday shift may alternatively be completed on Sunday evening if needed.
This position offers opportunities for growth with the potential for additional hours or extended shifts based on performance and business needs.
Demonstrates physical dexterity and the fitness required to safely perform tasks involving heavy lifting bending and reaching. Must be comfortable in varying weather conditions.
Highly reliable punctual and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in navigating project supply requests inventory email expense report submissions and timesheets.
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and dedication to outstanding client service.
Previous experience in logistics moving or warehouse work is a plus.
Must be comfortable driving an 18 box truck as well as a 14-ft ProMaster High-Roof Van.
Valid drivers license is required for fleet management.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
