Your Contribution:
- Visionary Leadership:Lead the transformation project from inception to completion ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements ensuring no feature is overlooked.
- Specification Creation:Develop clear comprehensive and actionable specifications for the development team.
- Backlog Management:Prioritize the product backlog balancing stakeholder needs technical feasibility and project timelines.
- Agile Oversight:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth project progress.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure the new Angular website maintains feature fidelity with the existing Windows Forms application and meets the highest standards of quality.
- User-Centric Focus:Advocate for the end-user experience ensuring the new application is intuitive responsive and engaging.
- Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team ensuring transparent and effective communication.
Your Qualification:
- Experience:Proven experience as a Product Owner with a track record of successfully managing software transformation projects.
- Technical Proficiency:Strong understanding of Angular client-server architecture and web development best practices.
- Agile Expertise:Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Communication Skills:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex requirements clearly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail ensuring all aspects of the project are accurately captured and executed.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
- Collaboration:Ability to build strong relationships with clients developers and other stakeholders fostering a collaborative environment.
- Passion:A genuine passion for technology and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends.
