Team:
Impact Engineering is the innovative force behind ServiceNow Impact a revolutionary post-sales value acceleration product. Our engineering team builds and enhances the Now Platform to provide personalized support smart recommendations and tools that help customers achieve their goals faster and maximize their ROI. What you get to do in this role:
- Build high-quality clean scalableand reusable code by enforcing bestpractices around softwareengineering architecture andprocesses (Code Reviews Unittesting etc.)
- Work with the technical productowners to understand detailedrequirements and own your codefrom design implementation testautomation and delivery of high-quality product to ourend users.
- Engage in advanced scripting (business rules UI Policies Client Scripts ACLs Workflow Activities etc.) and web service development in JavaScript.
- Help design and implement new products andfeatures while also enhancing theexisting productsuite
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Knowledge of AJAX JSON HTML XML CSS REST High charts and associated frameworks.
- Experience with data structuresalgorithms object-oriented designdesign patterns andperformance/scale considerations
- Knowledge of relational database design concepts and physical table structures ability to build web pages using object-relational mapping.
- Passion for software development and problem-solving.
- Analytical and design skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and able to run the sprint and create stories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE debugger build tools source control)
- Development experiences on the ServiceNow Platform is a big plus
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 years of programming experience along with expertise working with JavaScript libraries such as React Redux AngularJS and jQuery.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $123500 - $191500 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
