Job Description
From Timup recruitment consultancy we are collaborating with a deep tech company. As they continue to grow and attract Tier 1 clients across multiple industries they are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their highly skilled and international tech team.
Main responsibilities:
You will be part of the core product team working on a state-of-the-art edge and multi-cloud service orchestrator that adheres to open-source and industry standards. In close collaboration with global clients you will:

Design and implement new product features based on client needs
-
Take ownership of key backend components and services
-
Contribute to technical discussions documentation and code reviews
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems
This role requires a strong capacity for critical thinking decision-making fast learning and teamwork. You should be able to work autonomously while keeping in mind the priorities of the business and the development team.
Requirements:
-
7 years of experience in backend development
-
4 years working with Go
-
Solid experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
-
Proven ability to debug and fix complex issues
-
Good understanding of distributed systems and their challenges

Experience working in collaborative cross-functional teams
-
Fast learner adaptable and proactive
-
Familiarity with container orchestration especially Kubernetes
Nice to have:

Knowledge of clean or hexagonal architectures
-
Familiarity with the twelve-factor app methodology
-
Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible Terraform or Crossplane
-
Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
