Were constructing a stunning Gen 5 Porsche facility in Millcreek Utah potentially the most magnificent Porsche destination in the entire Western United States. This isnt just a dealership; its going to be an automotive cathedral worthy of the Porsche legacy.
EXPLOSIVE GROWTH AHEAD
Once our new facility is complete well be receiving an SFE allocation of 80 units! That means more inventory more opportunities and more success for our entire team. Youll be at the ground floor of transforming us into a premier Porsche destination center.

What Youll Be Doing:
Lead & Inspire a dynamic sales team toward ambitious goals
Drive Operations across all aspects of luxury automotive sales
Master the Customer Experience with Porsches legendary Guest Experience standards
Manage High-Performance Processes from lead generation to delivery
Develop & Coach team members to achieve their full potential
Ensure Excellence in our showroom presentation and customer interactions
What Were Looking For:
5 years of luxury automotive retail sales management experience
Porsche experience is strongly preferred (you know why Porsche is special!)
4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Leadership DNA with proven ability to motivate and develop teams
Process-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills
Customer obsession and commitment to the Porsche experience
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
State sales license (or ability to obtain)
