Job Description:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced appointment setter to join a fast-paced technology-driven sales environment. You ll be the crucial bridge between our marketing efforts and sales success working exclusively with prospects who have already shown interest in our innovative sales performance and CRM solutions. Your role will focus on converting marketing-qualified leads into scheduled product demonstrations allowing you to work with warm prospects rather than cold calling. Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyse email campaign performance to identify highly engaged prospects who are opening emails and visiting the company website
- Conduct strategic follow-up phone calls with prospects who have demonstrated interest through email marketing engagement
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to prospects generated through sophisticated email marketing and LinkedIn marketing initiatives
- Schedule and book product demonstration appointments with qualified interested prospects
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to build interest and excitement about innovative sales performance and CRM software solutions
- Maintain detailed tracking and management of lead follow-up activities and appointment scheduling processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting or similar sales-focused roles
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to conduct professional persuasive phone conversations
- Commitment to full-time availability (35 hours per week) with dedicated focus on appointment setting
- Strong sales-oriented mindset with natural ability to engage and build rapport with prospects
- Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking platforms (highly preferred)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance metrics and appointment booking goals
