Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 7 10 field visits daily for lead generation and client outreach
Engage SME customers through cold calling on-site meetings and product demonstrations
Pitch and sell subscription-based air conditioning solutions to business owners
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Build strong long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and referrals
Maintain accurate records of interactions and deals using CRM tools
Share real-time market insights to support product and strategy teams
Must-Have Skills:
Field Sales B2B Sales Client Acquisition
Direct Sales Lead Generation Sales Closing
Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
Highly target-driven self-motivated and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Bachelor s degree in any field
2 8 years of hands-on B2B field sales experience
Fluent in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
Experience in HVAC Consumer Durables or SME SaaS sales preferred
Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM Salesforce or similar is an advantage
