Job Description
Excellent experience in administering and maintaining Business Objects Windows Environment
o OS & SQL Server Upgrades
o Server patching
o User Security
o Tenable remediations
Experience in monitoring system performance
Experience in troubleshooting issues and opening service tickets with SAP for issues cannot remediate
Experience in performing upgrades on Business Objects
Solid understanding and usage of Puppet
Experience with setting up ODBC and JDBC connections
Strong experience with Universe development and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skill working with business stakeholders and Data Analysts
Strong experience supporting end-users resolving technical issues related to Business Objects reports dashboards and Universes
Experience converting UNV to UNX
Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues efficiently
Experience with user and security management within Business Objects
