Job Description
Were looking for a skilled Architectural Designer to design and develop architectural plans for commercial projects primarily within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with sales engineering and production teams to understand project requirements.
- Serve as a technical resource for the team providing expertise on drawing-related matters.
- Stay updated on industry standards and AutoCAD software.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in commercial design.
- Proficiency in Revit software.
- Ability to produce CD sets.
- Strong portfolio of design work.
- Interest in working with healthcare systems.
- Hybrid (on-site in Washington DC and remote)
- Flexible schedule with initial on-site requirement for 4 days within the initial four weeks.
