Job Description
As a technical designer you will be building a variety of campaigns for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. These range from simple one-page adverts and marketing emails through to multi-page informational resources and education modules. Your strengths will lie in creating HTML pages from visual designs ensuring excellent replication and attention to detail. You should have a good working knowledge of JavaScript/ jQuery and be comfortable working with APIs and interactive content.
Technical design implementation:
- Experience building websites in HTML/CSS and JavaScript with a focus on responsive design
- An understanding and experience using APIs
- Hand-coding HTML based marketing emails
- Knowledge of HTML5 banner creation and Google Web Designer
- The ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Be willing to support the team with technical issues
Qualifications :
Essential:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite HTML/CSS JavaScript/ jQuery.
- A solid understanding of responsive design and digital accessibility.
- Meticulous attention to detail and passion for accuracy in scientific communication.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
- A good problem solver
- Highly organised and motivated
- Strong proofreading skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- An enthusiastic team player with the desire to exceed expectations
Desirable:
- Familiarity with medical content compliance regulations and the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience/ interest in visual design
- Experience with GIT version control
Additional Information :
May be required to work UK shift hours.
