WHAT YOULL DO
Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape our product discovery focusing on navigation and product listing pages. Youll work closely with a Senior PM to deliver intuitive inspiring ways for customers to find what they love driving initiatives around tailored exploration nudged browsing and findability. This role bridges product design engineering analytics and stakeholders ensuring solutions are customer-centric data-informed and strategically aligned.
In addition to the above your role will involve:
- Leading the discovery delivery and iteration of key initiatives.
- Translating customer and business needs into clear problem statements product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Collaborating closely with UX engineering analytics and stakeholders to bring new experiences to life - from concept to release.
- Defining monitor and report on success metrics (e.g. CTR engagement rates PLP < PDP flow).
- Driving test experimentation and customer validation to generate insights that inform product improvements and strategic decisions.

Youll join a global cross-functional team committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences through close collaboration user-centric design and continuous iteration. The team brings together diverse expertise across Product Design Analytics and Engineering and partners closely with other product teams within the global digital experience organization as well as key business stakeholders.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager within a digital environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A passion for solving complex problems with innovative thinking and a clear ability to prioritize based on impact user value and strategic fit.
- A strong customer focus with the ability to uncover user needs validate pain points and translate insights into actionable improvements.
And people who have:
- A data-informed mindset using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decision-making.
- Experience working in agile iterative product development environments.
- A proactive ownership-driven attitude with the ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
